Q:What is the lead time and shipping time?
A: The lead time will be about 3-5 days after payment for less than 5000 pc. And about 7 days by DHL/EMS/UPS/FEDEXIt for shipping time.

Q: Can I brand the items with the logo/brand of our company?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome.

Q: Can you provide customers with samples?
A: Yes, transportation fee paid by customers. Freight collect.

Q: If I don’t like your standard colors. Can I choose any color by myself? If yes, any extra cost?
A: Yes, you can choose any color which you like, but the MOQ should be 500pcs/color and no extra cost.

Q: What is the guarantee of our products and how about the returns?
A: 1) 12 months warranty, low-value consumption goods is not within the scope of the warranty;
2) Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human;
3) Please send back the defective goods within the warranty period, we will repair them or send you new free;
4) If there are only several pieces accessory(the fee is less or around shipping fee) are damaged, please send us some pictures and videos about the detail problem. Once confirmed the problem, we will send you free new goods together with your next order.
